Monday, June 18th is the official start date for the Cinch program! For the next six months I will be sharing my weight loss journey here with all of you. Honestly… that’s the scary part. Why? Because now I have complete and total accountability with hundreds of people reading and following me as I update you with my weight loss through pictures, measurements, blog posts, and videos.
There I am and until I lose some more weight that’s the least amount of clothing that you’ll be seeing me in. I’m pretty sure that I look like I’m pregnant…
It’s time for the weight to disappear!

Week 1 Update
The first week went pretty well! I was surprised at how not hungry I felt…. I’ll be honest… I was a little worried about being hungry after eating what seemed to be so little! The only downside so far is that I get pretty sleepy mid-morning and then again in the afternoon. I’m not sure why this is yet or how to avoid it. I’m open to suggestions though!
There’s no big news on the weight loss front to report. When I stepped on the scale this morning it was in the exact same spot as it was last week. Which if you ask me is pretty depressing especially when you hear of others already dropping weight. I am pretty sure that it has to do with my lack of exercise. Yes… yes, I know. I have to exercise. I get it. What I don’t get is how to fit it into my day. To make it more difficult my husband was out of town for work all week.
My goal for week 2 is to really track every piece of food that I eat because I slowed down and then stopped when I got sick and of course to get some form of exercise 3 times in addition to my daily afternoon walk.
